Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. The counselling referral form collects contact, personal, health, language, immigration, and referral information that you choose to submit.
How information is used
Information submitted through these forms is used to respond to inquiries, review referrals, and help arrange appropriate next steps for counselling support.
Website service providers
Website forms are processed through Repaint's form service and delivered to VICCIR's designated recipient. Online donations are completed on CanadaHelps, which has its own privacy practices. Links to social media and other external websites are also governed by those services' policies.
Security
No online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send information through the general contact form that is not needed for VICCIR to respond. Use the dedicated referral form when requesting counselling support.
