Who this program supports

VICCIR offers training and consultation to sponsorship groups, teachers and schools, settlement agencies, mental health and public health workers, police and community services, and other organizations supporting immigrants and refugees.

What support can include

Conversations and workshops can address trauma-informed and culturally sensitive support, newcomer mental health concerns, welcoming and integration, clear boundaries, and self-care for people in supporting roles.
