Health Cultural Ambassador (HCA) Training Session

On Saturday, June 1, 2024, Lee McLeod led a training session on active listening skills to help VICCIR's Health Cultural Ambassadors (HCAs) in their supportive counseling work with individuals and groups. In particular HCAs learned about and practiced paraphrasing and responding empathically to their clients.
