Hope for Home, Building an Immigrant Housing Action Plan Together, was a community dialogue, organized by the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA), which focused on the housing challenges faced by immigrants in the Greater Victoria region. The event brought together key community partners and solution-makers who shared real stories, explored solutions, and collaborated on building a collective immigrant housing plan. Through discussions, participants, including VICCIR's Director of Clinical Services, Dr. Soraya Centeno, addressed the pressing issues of affordability, accessibility, and inclusion to create actionable strategies for positive change.
