Dr. Soraya Centeno, VICCIR clinician & supervisor, along with Dr. Azin Nasseri, VICCIR's Executive Director, gave a presentation at the Welcoming City Strategy event at Victoria City Hall on February 29th, 2024. This initiative aims to eliminate barriers to accessing City services and to help cultivate a compassionate, neighborly community where all residents are empowered to engage in civic life. The strategy emphasizes community ownership and a people-centric approach.
