This event is a fundraiser for VICCIR. Participants can learn from experts in the field of mental health for immigrants and refugees and those with lived experience of the challenges of being a newcomer. There is also an opportunity to watch the acclaimed documentary The World is Bright written, directed and produced by Ying Wang. There will be lots of time for questions and discussions during this rich and timely two-day event.
Tickets are only $30 for the two days, and we invite you to make an additional donation when you buy your ticket if you are able. All proceeds and donations go to VICCIR, thanks to the generosity of the presenters, filmmaker, moderators and panel members.
